  • Working Hours:
  • Monday: 9 am to 7 pm
  • Tuesday to Thursday: 11 am to 7 pm
  • Friday and Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm
  • Base on Central European Timezone


  • Fluent in both French & English
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in a call center customer service role.
  • Stable internet connection, access to Windows operating system.
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates with a technical background will be given preference.
