Work Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday: 5am – 2pm PST
  • Wednesday: 4:30am – 9:30am PST
  • Saturday: 5am – 2pm PST
  • Sunday: 5am – 1pm PST

Responsibilities:

As an English Customer Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Multi-Channel Support: Provide customer support via voice, email, and chat channels.
  • Timely Responses: Promptly answer customer calls, online chats, and emails to address inquiries effectively.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance product quality and processes.
