Callnovo is currently seeking some Bilingual English-German Customer Service Representatives to join our Ecommerce team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality services to Native German Speaking customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat
- Utilize English language skills for internal communication
- Work on a rotating shift to ensure coverage from 8 AM to 2 AM German time, Monday through Sunday. We have 2 shift: either 8 am to 5 pm, or 5 pm to 2 am
Qualifications:
- German language proficiency of B1 or above
- English language proficiency for internal communication
- With Experience in Ecommerce is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work under high volume environment
