Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our long-standing online payment platform partner, providing support through phone, live chat, emails, and ticketing systems. You will also be responsible for reviewing and processing attachments.

Work Schedule:
Your work schedule will typically be between 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM China Standard Time.

Training:
Our partner will provide English language training for a period of approximately one month.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and providing exceptional customer service
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email
  • Processing and responding to tickets received throughout the day
  • Reviewing and processing or declining attachments within 24-48 business hours of receipt

Requirements:

  • Long-term commitment
  • Fluent in both Chinese Mandarin & English
  • Serious and responsible approach to work
  • At least 2 years of online customer service experience
  • Able to meet company’s KPI
  • With proper environment to support a work from home job
