We are excited to announce a new opportunity at our company for a Bilingual English-German Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing multi-channel support, including email, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Working a set schedule of 9 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Serving a software company, so some technical support experience is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in German (B2 level or above).
  • Due to internet restrictions, we are specifically looking for candidates outside of Egypt
  • Ability to work from home.
  • At least one year of online customer service experience
