Callnovo is seeking Freelance Recruiter with a deep understanding of the Japanese market to join our team. The ideal candidates will be fluent in Japanese, have a strong understanding of Japanese culture, and be able to communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage your knowledge of local Japanese social media platforms to source and attract top talent.
- Utilize your existing network and fan base to reach potential candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess fit with Callnovo’s culture and job requirements.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Japanese and a good command of English.
- Familiarity with Japanese culture and local social media platforms.
- An existing fan base or network is a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
