Location: Remote (Pacific Standard Time)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST

We are currently seeking a full-time, English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team, supporting our online and brick-and-mortar grill product sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing superior customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to our overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and assistance for grill products.
  • Resolve customer complaints or refer them to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Must be available for a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
  • At least one year of online customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with grill products and ecommerce is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. market and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
