We are currently looking to hire a Czech & English Billiguanl customer service representatives for a leading Smart-home solution provider.

Job Duty:
– Communicate with customers worldwide.
– Answer all questions related to the company and its products.
– Deal with technical/general issues to achieve problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
– Document incidents, report customer suggestions, and technical issues to the Engineering Team.

Work Shift Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central European Time Monday to Friday
