Are you fluent in both English and Hindi? Do you have experience in customer service and sales? We are currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Virtual Assistant to join our team and support a leading medical equipment company.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST), with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct outbound customer satisfaction surveys over the phone
- Assist with pre-sale and upselling activities on WhatsApp
- Create new customer accounts and update information as needed
- Support Team Leaders with assigned tasks and projects
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or virtual assistant
- With sales experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Home office setup with reliable internet connection
