Job Description

Callnovo is currently seeking some Bilingual English-German Customer Service Representatives to join our Ecommerce team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality services to German Speaking customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email, or chat
  • Utilize English language skills for internal communication
  • Work on a rotating shift to ensure coverage from 8 AM to 2 AM German time, Monday through Sunday. We have 2 shift: either 8 am to 5 pm, or 5 pm to 2 am

Qualifications:

  • German language proficiency of B1 or above
  • English language proficiency for internal communication
  • With Experience in Ecommerce is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to work under high volume environment
