Callnovo is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Junior Onboarding Executive for a short-term, remote contract position. This role is crucial to our Customer Success department, focusing on the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive onboarding experience for our clients.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Egypt Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly review and analyze customer application documents to ensure compliance with KYC regulations.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to address any discrepancies or issues in customer submissions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and updates related to KYC processes.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to the onboarding process.
  • Provide clear guidance to clients on document submission requirements and address any concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and enhance the overall onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of KYC reviews, customer interactions, and issue resolutions.
  • Generate reports on key onboarding metrics and contribute insights to improve processes.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend enhancements to streamline onboarding procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer support experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 Tools.
