We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Online Customer Service Representative to join our team, work with a leading healthcare provider in US, specializing in Medical Nursing service.
As a Bilingual Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, SMS, and ticketing systems. You will also be required to make outbound calls to clinics, insurance companies, caregivers, and other stakeholders. In addition, you may be assigned additional tasks, including translation and processing of documents.
Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to patient inquiries and providing accurate information
- Handling customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Making outbound calls to coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Performing translation and processing tasks as needed
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable with remote work and able to manage time effectively
