Callnovo is hiring a remote Turkish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support a global medical device client.
Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound customer satisfaction surveys.

Provide multi-channel support (calls, emails, chat).

Handle follow-ups and other assigned tasks.
Requirements:

Native Turkish fluency; basic English for internal communication.

2+ years of customer service experience; outbound survey or technical support experience preferred.

Fast learner, reliable, and committed to long-term collaboration.

Full-time remote role, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM Turkey Time.
