Callnovo is hiring a remote Turkish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support a global medical device client.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound customer satisfaction surveys.

  • Provide multi-channel support (calls, emails, chat).

  • Handle follow-ups and other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Native Turkish fluency; basic English for internal communication.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience; outbound survey or technical support experience preferred.

  • Fast learner, reliable, and committed to long-term collaboration.

Details:

  • Full-time remote role, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM Turkey Time.
