With 20+ years of BPO excellence, Callnovo delivers world-class customer experience solutions for global brands. We’re currently seeking passionate professionals to support an exciting E-Bike industry client revolutionizing urban transportation in the U.S. Market.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll represent our client’s premium E-Bike brand through multichannel support (phone/email/chat). This is your chance to combine customer service skills with sustainable technology in a flexible remote role.

Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver omnichannel support (60% chat/email, 40% phone) for U.S. customers
  • Handle pre-sale consultations about E-Bike models, accessories, and financing options
  • Process order confirmations via outbound calls and track deliveries
  • Resolve post-purchase inquiries (assembly guidance, basic troubleshooting, returns)
  • Document cases in CRM with 90%+ accuracy per client SLA requirements
  • Identify upsell opportunities (maintenance packages, accessories) when appropriate

Ideal Candidate Profile

✔ 2+ years CX experience in eCommerce, retail, or technical support
✔ Tech aptitude: Comfortable discussing electric vehicles/bikes (training provided)
✔ Sales-friendly approach: Previous sales experience is a strong plus
✔ Communication mastery: Fluent English (written/spoken), neutral accent preferred
✔ Workstation readiness: Dedicated quiet space + stable internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
