Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, online chat, and email during regular business hours (9 am to 5 pm EST).
  • Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and efficiency.
  • Proactively gather feedback from customers to contribute to product improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our dehumidifiers and assist customers with technical support inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional proficiency in the English language with outstanding communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
  • Able to support multiple channels
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to adapt to new information quickly and efficiently.
  • Previous experience in the electrical appliance industry is a plus.
