Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Polish and English to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from home. Preferred candidates will have experience in the electrical cleaning machine industry.


  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to Polish and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.


  • Fluent in both Polish and English (verbal and written communication).
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Knowledge or experience in the electrical cleaning machine industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.

Additional Information:

  • Regular working shift in Poland, 8 to 9 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Full-time position with long-term stability.
