Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/German)

Company: Callnovo Inc.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Berlin Time, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Job Description:

  • Answer incoming customer calls, address inquiries promptly, and handle missed calls.
  • Respond to online chats in a timely manner, answering customer questions.
  • Complete a specified number of email responses.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback/complaints to help optimize products and processes.
  • Learn product knowledge and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Work must be completed within the stipulated time in strict accordance with the KPI assessment system.

Requirements:

  • No gender preference.
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • German language proficiency at B2 level or above; excellent English language skills.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Familiar with e-commerce after-sales service.
  • Strong communication skills and high stability.
