Position: Remote English Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

  1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, addressing questions promptly, and handling missed calls.
  2. Managing online chats and providing timely responses to customer queries.
  3. Completing a set number of email responses daily.
  4. Collecting and reporting customer feedback and complaints to help optimize products and processes.
  5. Learning product knowledge and completing other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  1. Associate degree or higher.
  2. Fluency in English.
  3. At least six months of customer service experience.
  4. Strong communication skills and reliability.

Working Hours:

  • Time Zone: PST (Los Angeles)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Break: 45-60 minutes (unpaid)
