Position: Remote English Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, addressing questions promptly, and handling missed calls.
- Managing online chats and providing timely responses to customer queries.
- Completing a set number of email responses daily.
- Collecting and reporting customer feedback and complaints to help optimize products and processes.
- Learning product knowledge and completing other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher.
- Fluency in English.
- At least six months of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
Working Hours:
- Time Zone: PST (Los Angeles)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
- Break: 45-60 minutes (unpaid)
