Callnovo is seeking a number of dedicated and experienced Kazakh and Russian Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This remote, full-time position is an exciting opportunity to work on a long-term, stable project for an intelligent camera system.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle pre-sale, in-sale, and post-sale inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Familiarize yourself with our e-commerce platform and products to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Understand local market trends and consumer habits to better serve and understand our customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Kazakh and Russian.
  • At least one year of online customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
  • A reliable home office setup.

Work Schedule:

This remote position follows a standard Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm work schedule in the local time zone.
