As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints via phone, completing daily work orders efficiently, handling online chats, documenting call information, updating customer records, and ensuring service level goals are met.

  • Location: Remote
  • Working Hours:
    • Monday: 9 am to 7 pm
    • Tuesday to Thursday: 11 am to 7 pm
    • Friday and Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm
    • Base on Central European Timezone

Requirements

  1. Fluent in both French & English
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center customer service role.
  3. Stable internet connection, access to Windows operating system.
  4. Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
  5. Candidates with a technical background will be given preference.
