Job Title: Remote Bilingual English-French Customer Service Representative – Logistics Project

Location: Remote

Work Hours:

  • Mountain Time 10 AM-6 PM, Monday to Saturday or Mountain time 8AM-4PM, Monday to Saturday (which converts to Morocco Time 5 PM-1 AM, Monday to Saturday or 3PM-11PM, Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Answer telephone calls and handle email inquiries
  • Manage a workload of 65-80 calls per day, with increased volume during peak seasons (or 200 tickets per day)

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Experience in the logistics industry is preferred
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong French speaking skills
  • Strong learning ability
  • Experience with express companies is an advantage
