Join Callnovo as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Italian and English. We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer support to our clients on the Power Bank Account team.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels
- Utilize CRM systems for efficient customer interaction management
- Provide technical support when needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism and high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Minimum 2 years of online customer service experience
- E-commerce customer service background preferred
- Technical support skills are advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Italy Time Zone)
