Join Callnovo as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Italian and English. We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer support to our clients on the Power Bank Account team.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Utilize CRM systems for efficient customer interaction management
  • Provide technical support when needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain professionalism and high-quality service delivery

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Minimum 2 years of online customer service experience
  • E-commerce customer service background preferred
  • Technical support skills are advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Italy Time Zone)
