Position: Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/German) – Smartwatch Industry

Company: Callnovo Inc.

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
  2. Address missed calls effectively.
  3. Handle online chats and provide timely responses to customer questions.
  4. Respond to emails and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
  5. Support social media channels by replying to customer messages and comments.
  6. Record and process work orders in detail.
  7. Collect and relay customer feedback and complaints to help optimize products and processes.
  8. Continuously learn product knowledge and complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. Open to all genders.
  2. College degree or above.
  3. Fluent in English and German.
  4. 1-2 years of telephone customer service experience.
  5. Strong communication and learning skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in e-commerce and technical support.
