We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team for the Smart Projector Project. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and German, with a strong background in customer service, particularly in e-commerce and electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in both English and German.
• Handle after-sales inquiries on e-commerce platforms.
• Assist customers with technical support for electronic products, specifically smart projectors.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and German.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
