Working Hours: New York Time: 5 PM – 9 PM, Monday to Friday

(Philippines Time: 5 AM – 9 AM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our real estate project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Transaction Coordination Support (TC): Assist with transaction coordination tasks.
  • Paperwork Documentation Organization: Manage and organize essential documents.
  • Cold Call Preparation and Support: Prepare for and support cold calling activities.
  • Team Collaboration and Task Completion: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements:

  • No gender limit.
  • College degree or above.
  • Good English proficiency.
  • Priority given to candidates with real estate TC experience.
  • Strong stability and reliability.
  • Careful, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong professional ethics and dependability.
