Job Description

Join our team as a part-time English Book Keeper! This role requires 4 hours of work per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12 pm China time. Responsibilities include:

  1. Invoice Entry:
  • Accurately record and process supplier invoices in the accounting system.
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and receipts before inputting.
  1. Reconciliation:
  • Regularly reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and financial accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience, with QuickBooks proficiency.
  • Knowledge of financial management practices.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills.
  • Prefer to hire candidate base in similar timezone
