Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient customer support services in English and Japanese via multiple channels, including phone calls, live chat, email & ticket.
- Showcase exceptional multitasking skills for handling diverse customer inquiries.
- Prioritize meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to boost operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese is a must.
- At least 1 years of online customer service experience
- Ability to work during standard Japanese business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
