  • Prioritize meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to boost operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese is a must.
  • At least 1 years of online customer service experience
  • Ability to work during standard Japanese business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
