We are currently seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to support an eCommerce account for Grill product brand operated by our client in the United States. The brand has a physical store in Los Angeles and conducts synchronized sales both online and offline.

About this position: 

  • Remote position with flexible working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Time).
  • Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service experience and eCommerce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support for online and offline sales of barbecue equipment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English with an American accent.
  • Experience in ECommerce customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
