We are now seeking some Japanese/English bilingual Customer Service & Tech Support Representative for our Home Security Account.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide top-notch customer service to our home security customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Resolve product issues and concerns through troubleshooting
- Keep customer records up-to-date with accurate information
- Stay informed about our evolving products and services

What We’re Looking For:
- Native Japanese Level
