We are now seeking some Japanese/English bilingual Customer Service & Tech Support Representative for our Home Security Account.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our home security customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Resolve product issues and concerns through troubleshooting
  • Keep customer records up-to-date with accurate information
  • Stay informed about our evolving products and services
