Join our team at Callnovo as a Marketing & Community Coordinator to support a renowned U.S. Smart home brand’s expansion into the German market. This remote position is crucial for enhancing brand visibility and engagement across diverse platforms. The brand has established its presence in Germany in 2024, garnering significant media coverage and acclaim, setting the stage for continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the brand’s German social media accounts on Instagram and Twitter, and execute email marketing campaigns tailored to German holidays and cultural nuances to drive brand visibility and follower growth.
  • Engage with German media outlets and build partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to boost brand awareness.
  • Cultivate the German-speaking Discord community and establish the brand’s presence on Reddit.
  • Assist in optimizing German-language advertising, product pages, and instructional materials to resonate effectively with the target audience.
  • Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends in Germany to identify strategic opportunities, providing insights for regional promotion strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in German market operations, including PR outreach, KOL collaborations, social media management, community building, and ad content creation.
  • Demonstrated creativity, responsibility, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to challenges.

Working Schedule:

7:00 – 15:00 German Time, Monday to Friday
