French & English bilingual Customer Retention agent

Callnovo Contact Center is a professional Canadian-based outsourced global call center with 16+ years of customer service outsourcing solutions. Currently, We are looking for an Experience Customer Service Agent for some of our eCommerce account, who have French & English Bilingual language abilities.

— Competitive hourly rate with a daily paid 45 mins lunchtime & bio-break time

— At least 1 year of Customer Service experience

— Fluent French & English language abilities

— Have a high degree of empathy, patience and resourcefulness

— Able to follow processes and instructions

— Good knowledge of a PC in Windows environment

— Be always ready to put the customer first and be passionate about helping others

Job Duties:

— Answering questions and solving issues regarding the customer’s purchase

— Managing customer accounts

— Using customer centric sales strategy to upsell and cross-sell product to our userbase
