Callnovo is currently looking for some experienced English-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our team and work with one of our esteemed clients in the electrical products industry.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, offering assistance and support related to our range of high-quality electrical products, including door lock & other smart-home electric products. This role plays a vital part in upholding our reputation for exceptional tech support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Working Hours: To be determined, 8 to 9 hours per day, 5 days per week, it may be either EST or PST
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide customers with product information, troubleshoot any issues they may encounter, and offer assistance with product usage.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Availability to work during US timezone
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in tech support role
- Previous experience in technical support for electronic products is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection.
