Location: Remote (Egypt Time Zone: 10 AM – 7 PM, Mon-Fri)

Callnovo is a leading BPO company with over 1,000 customer service representatives. We are seeking a dedicated English-Italian bilingual customer service representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promptly answer service hotline calls and handle any missed calls.
  2. Respond to emails and online chat inquiries, addressing customer questions in a timely manner.
  3. Accurately record customer feedback, consistently follow up on issues, and assist customers with a positive attitude.
  4. Register and review information data.
  5. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce after-sales service.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • More than 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong learning ability, communication skills, and stability.
