Job Title: English-Italian Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote (Egypt Time Zone: 10 AM – 7 PM, Mon-Fri)

Callnovo is a leading BPO company with over 1,000 customer service representatives. We are seeking a dedicated English-Italian bilingual customer service representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer service hotline calls and handle any missed calls.
- Respond to emails and online chat inquiries, addressing customer questions in a timely manner.
- Accurately record customer feedback, consistently follow up on issues, and assist customers with a positive attitude.
- Register and review information data.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with e-commerce after-sales service.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- More than 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong learning ability, communication skills, and stability.
