Join our dynamic team at Callnovo as an English-French T1 Technical Support Specialist. We are seeking a talented individual to provide high-quality technical support for an innovative software project. In this role, you will assist end-users with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution through various support channels. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide T1 technical support to end-users for software-related issues
  • Conduct basic technical troubleshooting and resolve issues promptly
  • Communicate effectively in English and French with end-users
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and address complex technical challenges

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles is advantageous
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to work independently and remotely
  • Available to work during European time zone, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

This is a stable, long-term position with the flexibility to work from home. Working hours may be adjusted based on market conditions, with prior communication and confirmation.
