Job Title: English Customer Service Representative

Company: Callnovo Inc

Location: Remote

Working shift: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM PST , with a 1-hour break(No pay for lunch break). Working hours converted to Philippine time are 12:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Associate degree or higher.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and stability.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact and establish relationships with KOLs, KOCs, and influencers on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Coordinate with influencers for product evaluations, brand promotions, and content creation.
  • Ensure influencer collaborations align with brand image and promote sales conversion.
  • Manage collaborations with PR agencies to secure media exposure for the brand and products.
  • Connect with evaluation agencies in mother and baby care and consumer electronics to obtain product evaluations and feedback.
  • Plan and execute offline product selection activities and participate in awards and promotions in the mother and baby care sector.
  • Oversee daily operations and content updates on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to boost fan interaction and brand awareness.
  • Analyze social media effectiveness data and optimize content strategies.
  • Plan and execute off-platform promotional activities to increase brand exposure and attract potential consumers.
  • Collaborate with major institutions and websites in mother and baby care and consumer electronics for joint marketing efforts.
