English Customer Service Agent for Agricultural Planting Account * Remote Opportunity

Callnovo is seeking a full-time Remote English Customer Support Specialist with a background in agriculture or indoor planting. This position is responsible for providing top-tier customer support to our American clientele.

Working Shift: 

Saturday to Sunday: 12 pm to 8 pm EST

Monday to Wednesday: 4 pm to 0 am EST

Your off day will be Thursday & Friday

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Answer customer inquiries about indoor planting and general agricultural practices.
• Guide customers through the planting process and provide expert advice.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Planting related) or related field, or at least 1 year of relevant planting experience (indoor planting experience preferred).
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide voice support services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
• Comfortable working remotely and have a reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work in the US time zones.
