Job Description

Job Title: Remote Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative – Logistics Project

Location: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 5 PM -1 AM (Morocco time)

Key Responsibilities:

–Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily in English and French

–Assist customers with logistics inquiries including shipment tracking, delivery issues, and documentation

–Provide timely and accurate information to resolve customer concerns

–Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system

–Meet and exceed key performance indicators for quality and efficiency

Requirements:

–Fluent in both English and French (verbal and written; will be tested)

–1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain

–Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

–Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
