Job Description

Job Title: Remote Bilingual (English & German) Customer Support Specialist – Electronics Project (Part-Time)

Location: Fully Remote

Work Hours: CET Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM(includes 30-minute break)

Key Responsibilities:

— Answer customer calls, promptly address customer inquiries, and handle missed calls.

— Record customer issues and provide remote assistance.

— Collect and feedback customer suggestions/complaints to help optimize products and processes.

— Learn product knowledge and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

–Associate degree or higher

— Full professional fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)

— 1-2 years of customer service experience

–Have strong communication skills and reliability.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

— Prior e-commerce support experience (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)

— Knowledge of consumer electronics
