Job Description

Callnovo is hiring bilingual Italian & English tech support agent, who is located in Italy, for one of our new energy client.

Your responsibility: 

  • Provide technical support in Italian and English through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Simplify complex electrical concepts for customers’ understanding.
  • Document interactions and issues in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the support team to enhance customer experience

Our requirement: 

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical support experience.
  • Knowledge of electrical concepts.
  • Experience with EV charger is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Remote work capability and schedule adherence.
