Working Hours:
- Morocco Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (Off on Thursday and Sunday)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and fluent bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce platforms and possess strong troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in English and French
- Handle hotline services and troubleshoot customer issues
- Follow KPIs and work under the guidance of the Team Leader
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and French (at least B2+ level)
- Experience in e-commerce platforms
- Rich experience in hotline services and troubleshooting
- Preferably experienced in the consumer electronics industry
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Understanding of KPI requirements
