Working Hours:

  • Morocco Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (Off on Thursday and Sunday)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and fluent bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce platforms and possess strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in English and French
  • Handle hotline services and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Follow KPIs and work under the guidance of the Team Leader

Qualifications:

  1. Fluent in English and French (at least B2+ level)
  2. Experience in e-commerce platforms
  3. Rich experience in hotline services and troubleshooting
  4. Preferably experienced in the consumer electronics industry
  5. Strong sense of responsibility
  6. Knowledge of GDPR
  7. Understanding of KPI requirements
