Join Callnovo as a Bilingual English-Japanese Customer Service Representative for our Home Security Account. This is a full-time, remote, and long-term role with an 8-hour workday and two days off per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our home security customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Resolve product issues and concerns through troubleshooting
  • Keep customer records up-to-date with accurate information
  • Stay informed about our evolving products and services

What We’re Looking For:

  • Native-level Japanese speaker with strong English skills
  • At least 2 years of online customer service experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide basic technical support
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach
