Join our dynamic team at Callnovo as an English-German T1 Technical Support Specialist. We are looking for a talented individual to provide top-notch technical support for a cutting-edge software project. In this role, you will assist end-users with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution, utilizing various support channels. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and German.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver T1 technical support to end-users for software-related issues
  • Perform basic technical troubleshooting and resolve issues promptly
  • Communicate effectively in English and German with end-users
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
  • At least 2 years of online support experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Available to work during European time zone, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

This is a stable, long-term position with the flexibility to work from home. Working hours may be adjusted based on market conditions, with prior communication and confirmation.
