Bilingual French/English Customer Service Representative – Remote Position

Callnovo is excited to announce an opening for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in English and French. This remote position will provide support for an eCommerce account for Power Bank products. This position accepts home-based candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels – phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the products.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  4. Work collaboratively with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluent in both English & French.
  2. At least two years of online customer service experience.
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems is required.
  4. Experience in technical troubleshooting and e-commerce is preferred.
  5. Must have a reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.

Work Schedule:

The initial schedule will be Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm French Time
