Position: Bilingual English-Vietnamese Remote Customer Service Representative (Vegetarian Products)

Location: Remote
Working Hours: PST 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (45-60 minutes break with no pay)
Vietnam Time: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Call or send a text message to customers to confirm orders, verify addresses, and respond to inquiries.
  2. Provide customers with accurate information about products or services.
  3. Effectively and efficiently identify and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  4. Report complex or unresolved problems to higher-level support or management.
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and promote these opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. No gender limitation.
  2. College degree or above.
  3. Fluent in spoken language.
  4. Strong stability.
  5. Positive and optimistic, full of energy.
  6. Reliable and with a strong sense of professional ethics.
  7. 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  8. Experience working on e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  9. Able to work night shifts.
