Position: Bilingual English-Vietnamese Remote Customer Service Representative (Vegetarian Products)
Location: Remote
Working Hours: PST 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (45-60 minutes break with no pay)
Vietnam Time: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Call or send a text message to customers to confirm orders, verify addresses, and respond to inquiries.
- Provide customers with accurate information about products or services.
- Effectively and efficiently identify and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Report complex or unresolved problems to higher-level support or management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and promote these opportunities.
Requirements:
- No gender limitation.
- College degree or above.
- Fluent in spoken language.
- Strong stability.
- Positive and optimistic, full of energy.
- Reliable and with a strong sense of professional ethics.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience working on e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Able to work night shifts.
