Location: Remote (Supporting the US and Canadian Markets)

Employment Type: Short-term contract until January 2025, with the possibility of extension based on KPI evaluation

Callnovo is currently seeking 3-5 Bilingual English/French Online Customer Service Representatives to support a logistics account servicing clients in the US and Canadian markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional online customer support in English and French for clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, shipment tracking, and issue resolution through various online channels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely responses.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in online customer support.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Working Hours:

  • Mountain Time Zone (GMT-7)
  • Option 1: 8 am to 4 pm (6 days a week include 1 day of weekend)
  • Option 2: 11 am to 7 pm (6 days a week inclide 1 day of weekend)

This position supports remote work from home. Candidates must have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
