Bilingual English/French Customer Service Representative for Logistics Project

Job Description

We are seeking some highly experienced customer service specialists to join our team and provide support for a logistics project. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French, able to work during US time zones, and proficient in providing multi-channel support including phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems.

Working hours:

10 am to 6 pm US Mountain Time Monday to Saturday

8 am to 4 pm US Mountain Time Monday to Saturday

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of inquiries related to the logistics industry
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer support
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in customer service (at least 1 year), preferably in a logistics or related industry
  • Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work during US time zones and on weekends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
