Job Description

Join our growing team as a Bilingual ECommerce Customer Support Representative, where you’ll provide outstanding customer service and support for our automotive parts product account. This remote position requires fluency in English and French, as you will assist customers across multiple channels with pre-sale inquiries, order tracking, and after-sales support.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (French Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multichannel Support: Offer customer support via email, chat, and phone for automotive parts inquiries.
  • Pre-sale Consultations: Assist customers with information and guidance to facilitate informed purchasing decisions in the automotive parts sector.
  • Order Tracking: Help customers track their orders and resolve any tracking issues swiftly.
  • After-sales Support: Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase.
  • Technical Assistance: Respond to basic technical queries related to automotive parts, providing effective solutions.
  • Issue Escalation: Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues for resolution.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about automotive parts products and industry trends to enhance customer support.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in ECommerce customer support, focusing on pre-sale and after-sale consultations.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and French (C1 level) is essential for effective communication.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive parts is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in Automotive Industry: A genuine interest in automotive parts and willingness to expand product knowledge.
