Working Hours: CET 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support in both English and Italian.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with e-commerce after-sales service.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong learning ability, communication skills, and stability.
