Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Greek for our smart camera project. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers through phone, email, and online chat. Responsibilities include pre-sales product inquiries, post-sales troubleshooting, technical support, order tracking, and handling refunds and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with pre-sales product inquiries and post-sales troubleshooting.
- Offer technical support and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage order tracking and handle refunds and returns.
- Meet project KPIs with appropriate reward and penalty measures.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Greek.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in troubleshooting and technical support for electronic products.
- Strong stress management and communication skills.
- High stability and reliability.
- Preferably with experience in smart camera products.
