English-Spanish Customer Service Representative for Logistic(4 agents)

* Work hours: 2 agents: MST 8am-4pm Monday to Saturday

1 agent MST 10am-6pm Monday to Saturday

1 agent: MST 11am-7pm Monday to Saturday

 

Job Responsibilities:

* Customer service Telephone answering and email handling * the workload is about 70-80 calls per DAY, and more calls during peak season.(Or 200 ticket

 

Requirement:

*Good customer service experiences

*Good English speaking ability agents

*Strong learning ability

*Express company experience prefered

*have experience in phone, chat and email, not that much of an accent that can speak clear and doesn’t get stuck while speaking.
